Effective July 16th, 2018 all Transporting Goods Permits will be processed by Oxcart, a third-party vendor.  Please visit their website at www.oxcartpermits.com to sign up for an account.  Please note: The Grand Traverse County Road Commission will not be processing permits past July 16th, 2018 so ALL Transporting Goods Permits will ONLY be issued by using Oxcart Permits.
