PrintLand Divisions
A land division application is required when a parcel of property is being "split" into several portions or just a piece being sold or given away. The fee is $30 per parcel, with a minimum of $30, based on the number of total number of parcels, including the remaining parcel, when the split is complete. Once the Road Commission's review is completed, a letter will be sent to the respective township and applicant with the terms of approval or reasons for denial.
