Following is the meeting schedule as adopted in December 2008.  Please contact the Clerk at 922-4848, extension 217, if you plan to attend the meeting.  She can advise you if there have been any changes from the schedule as posted below.

Public comment is held at approximately 9:15 A.M. and just prior to the conclusion of the meeting with three minutes allowed for each presentation for non-agenda items.  Presentations must be approved by the Chair seven (7) days prior to the meeting and are administrated through the Clerk.  Proposals requiring staff review prior to Board presentation are required to be submitted ten (10) workdays in advance.  If you are an individual with a disability or need special assistance, please contact the Grand Traverse County Road Commission at least two business days in advance of the meeting.
