As you come across potholes, contact us with a good description of where they are -- nearest address, distance from intersection, what side of the road, etc. We can always use another set of “eyes” out there!

HOLIDAY ROAD UPDATE
oad reconstruction work will begin Monday, May 20, 2013. Hours of work are scheduled between 7 AM - 6:00 PM.
The original project schedule can be viewed by clicking here. As with almost all projects of this magnitude, schedules are changed to due to weather and other items beyond our control.
PrintMap Purchase
You may obtain one free 2008 map by coming into the Road Commission office between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.
To receive a copy by mail, please send your check made payable to the GTCRC (1881 LaFranier Road, Traverse City MI 49696) to cover the cost of the map cost and postage as follows:

Maps are printed in quantities of 25,000 copies to reduce the cost per copy. Therefore, maps have historically been printed approximately every five years. With the severe decline of land development in the area, there has been very little change in our county road system. Therefore, it is unknown when the next map will need to be printed.
